Peaktures exists because too many Utah listings are let down by their photos. Scroll UtahRealEstate.com for five minutes and you'll see it: dark interiors, blown-out windows, a mountain view reduced to a white rectangle, and a home that in person is genuinely lovely.
The fix isn't a more expensive camera. It's knowing which hour of the day that particular street looks best, how to blend a window so the Wasatch stays in the frame, and which eight photos an agent actually needs to win a listing appointment.
That's the standard every Peaktures shoot is held to — whether it's a $350,000 townhome in Layton or an estate above Park City. Same editing, same turnaround, same person behind the camera.
How I work
Send a lockbox or gate code and get on with your day. If the home is occupied, I coordinate with the seller directly.
You'll get a text with a photo rather than a gallery full of frames you can't use. Ten minutes of fixing beats a reshoot.
Your photos, aerials, floor plan and property website come back within a day of the shoot. No chasing.
